Jessica was so helpful and without her I don’t think I would have been able to make it to the start line of the marathon let alone the finish!
She guided me through my injured knee and other aching limbs during the months leading up to the race and was always on hand over email to provide advice on how to keep the niggles at bay.
I previously used another therapist for my knee and my only regret is that I didn’t visit Jessica earlier and receive her brilliant treatment and advice sooner.
