I have been going to Sophie for many years for maintenance massages, which are very useful for triathletes. Then, having qualified to race for GB in the European Triathlon Championships for the first time, I was devastated to receive a diagnosis of osteoarthritis in my right knee. The medical professionals wrote me off as a runner so I turned to Sophie. Sophie not only helped me to believe I would run again but was able to use massage, ultrasound and numerous other tools to help me manage the condition. She showed me the correct exercises to do and introduced me to other professionals and outfits who have worked with me. The outcome: with a minimum of run training I can still race sprint triathlons and I have now also competed at World Championship level. Sophie, I cannot thank you enough.
