On Thursday 19 January 2017, Chris and Jess from SV Sports Therapy attended the Haven House marathon welcome meeting, and met all the people running the 2017 London Marathon for the charity.
About eight runners attended this introductory meeting.
Joanne Lazarus, the Community and Events Fundraiser for the hospice, had organised for SV Sports Therapy to come along and talk to the runners, along with nutritionist Dr Sarah Schenker.
The runners received a lot of great information and there was an open forum at then end. Several runners had questions about injuries, training, and what to expect on the day.
