SV attends London Marathon advice evening at Saint Francis Hospice

On 6 March 2017, Chris and Jess from SV Sports Therapy attended the second Saint Francis Hospice London Marathon information night.

There was a great turn out of approximately 30 participants who are participating in the Brentwood Half, Brighton Marathon and/ or London Marathon.

There was a lot of discussion about recovery methods, overtraining, sports massages and more!
