On 10 December, the SV Events Team attended a cold and snowy RunThrough Olympic Park Christmas 5km and 10km.
While it was too cold to provide safe treatment, the SV team still provided injury and exercise advice.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves singing Christmas Carols all day and watching the Olympic Park turn white!
