On Sunday 7 October, the SV Sports Therapy events team attended Mission Mud at Nuclear Races in Brentwood. This event was set up by St Clare Hospice and Saint Francis Hospice to raise money.
More than 50 runners took on a 5km course that included over 30 obstacles and lots of mud!
The event was open to the public. People of all abilities took part and it looked like everyone had a fantastic time.
The SV team were on hand to provide pre and post event massage and sports taping.
Emma Broadbent, who is the Challenges and Events Fundraiser at St Clare Hospice, said: "We loved working with SV Therapy at another one of our events! As always, the team were professional, helpful and a great addition to any event. We can’t wait to work with them again!"
We would like to say a massive congratulations to everyone that took part and we look forward to the next event put on by these two great charities!
