On Wednesday 7 February, Fleur attended the second marathon meeting for the amazing 2019 London Marathon runners of St Clare Hospice.
Fleur caught up with some of the runners to find out how they’re getting on with their training so far and to answer any questions they had regarding injuries, sports massage, nutrition and training preparation.
Sophie - who is running the London Marathon on behalf of St Clare Hospice - was unfortunately unable to attend but she recorded a video message, including some advice on toenails!
