Huge congratulations to Mark Schropfer on completing the Brighton & Hove Triathlon on 15 September with an epic time of 3:01 hours.
This Olympic distance triathlon involved a 1500m sea swim, a 40km cycle along the seafront and a 10km flat run along the promenade. â
Mark's not sure if he'll do another one, but he's glad he completed it!
Mark, a crossfit athlete turned triathlete, has been seeing the SV team for sports therapy sessions in the build up to race day.
