With just twelve weeks to go before the London Marathon, runners will be at different stages of their preparation.

For some, they may well be up to fifteen miles or more, usually completed on Sunday mornings.

For others, they may be just getting to seven or eight miles and starting to realise they will have to do a lot more.

Whatever stage you are at, there is no such thing as too much good advice, so Your Harlow popped down to SV Sports Therapy based at Latton Park, the home of Harlow Rugby Club and asked the team for one slice of advice each to any runner counting down to the big day.

We spoke to Pip, Sophie, Fleur, Annabel and Annalie.
