Ensure your skiing holiday is one to remember - for all the right reasons!

What is Ski Fit?

We invite you to our bespoke Clinic for a Prehab (preventative) appointment.

What does this involve?

An assessment of your skiing mechanics to check all is in working order.

Identify any imbalances or areas for development such as painful knees, weak ankles or hips, or lower back tightness.

Create a bespoke treatment plan for you - a combination of hands on manual treatment and corrective exercise techniques.

We will also assess any past injuries, niggles or conditions which may affect your experience and performance.

Once addressed, we will advise you on corrective exercises to combat this, to ensure your skiing holiday is one to remember - for all the right reasons!

Thought about a Sports Massage?

Maintenance sports massages are a must!

Give yourself a regular 'MOT' to preserve your body, so it is ready to take on new experiences and demands such as skiing or snowboarding.

It is super important to prepare the body - Our bodies need regular maintenance just like cars, in fact we need MORE!
